Shipping
We ship to addresses within the continental United States.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to the order total.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns/Refunds
Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a refund.
To initiate a refund, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Why items are non-refunable/non-returnable
Some products in our marketplace may be non-refundable or non-returnable for several reasons:
Products such as personal care items, food, or makeup may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns.
Products customized or personalized for a customer may be non-refundable or non-returnable.
Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" may be non-refundable or non-returnable.
Digital products, such as ebooks or software, may be non-refundable due to their intangible nature.
Some products may be non-returnable due to legal or regulatory restrictions, such as products regulated by the FDA or DEA.
